We offer free International shipping on orders over £250 or free shipping if you're based in Indonesia or in Turkey. Otherwise a standard shipping fee is added to your order.
All orders take approximately 5-14 business days to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent so you can look forward to your items.
We do not ship to or accept PO Boxes as addresses.
All items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days so we can get you your pieces with the speed of lightening but for items that need to be made - to - order please allow two weeks for them to reach you.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
We want to get you your order as soon as possible but there may be Country specific delays and/or procedures that Honest the Label is not liable for. All of our customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs.
By placing an order with Honest the Label online store you are accepting responsibility for these charges. If you have any further questions on this we recommend you contact your local duties and customs office.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to completely fall in love with your Honest pieces so accept returns in exchange for a store credit of exchange within 14 days upon placing your order for international orders and a 48 hour policy for Bali based orders. We only offer store credit/exchanges on unworn and tagged items. We do not offer exchanges or store credits on all our bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.
Our crochet pieces are made to order. Each piece is made specifically for you by our artisans and are hand made therefore we do not accept exchanges/store credit on these items.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns.
We check each and every order before it leaves our warehouse - in the rare case we have missed something and you've received a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your item. We will be more than happy to guide you through the returns process.
All returns will need to be sent to an address provided by us. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order so we can initiate the returns process. If any customs fees are applicable during the return process, these are the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.

NATURAL DYES AND FABRICS
We want to be very Honest about our fabrics and dying process. As we are all about eco-sustainability, we use natural plant dyes and source natural fabrics here in Bali to avoid polluting our environment through shipping fabrics in from other countries. This often means we have limited options which can create inconsistencies in thickness of the fabrics. One thing we never compromise though is quality and ensuring you fall in love with your Honest pieces.
We are strong believers in natural dyes and avoiding any contact with toxic fabric colourings. Our bodies are super precious so we only use the highest quality fabrics available to us and plant dyes. Only natural fibres such as Bamboo, Linen, Silk, etc can be dyed with plant dyes and any synthetic fibres won't hold the colour of plant dyes. This way you can be sure that we're only using natural fibres with the exception of some of our Knitwear collection.
We have spent a lot of time in the lovely plant dye facilities here in Bali to see the whole process and through experience, we have seen that, very rarely, there could be slight variances in the shade of the colour chosen due to the fabric and/or the plants used but these will be very minimal. We just want to be very transparent about this as sometimes doing things the natural way is harder! We have also sometimes found small tiny parts of the fabrics that don't hold colour as well as the rest of the fabric. This is due to the natural fibres and unfortunately out of our control. We see this as the unique quirkiness of your piece and hope you will love it as much as we do! Like we said, this can happen on the VERY rare occasion and we are not held responsible.
As we stock limited quantities of our products to avoid unnecessary waste, we will often re-order styles as required. By doing so we are trying limit our environmental impact. This may mean your order will take 1 week to be prepared by the loving hands of our Balinese tailors then a week to reach your destination. Please allow a minimum of two weeks to be reunited with your pieces. Any other delays caused by local duties and customs could create extra delays if not addressed on time so please keep an eye out for your order!
