Free Shipping:

  • Orders over £200

  • Orders from Indonesia 

For all other locations, a standard shipping fee will apply.

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically delivered within 5-14 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your beautiful pieces on their way to you.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days, while made-to-order items will take up to 2 weeks to produce and can take longer to be delivered.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to country-specific procedures or customs that Honest the Label is not liable for. Please note that customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and include an invoice for customs.

By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any customs or import duties. For further details, please check with your local customs office.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to absolutely fall in love with your Honest pieces! That’s why we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days for international orders and 48 hours for Bali-based orders.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

Made-to-Order Crochet Pieces:

As these are handmade specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale Items:

All sale items, and items purchased with special discounts or returns credit, are final and cannot be returned.

We perform a triple quality control check on each order before it ships, ensuring everything is in perfect condition.

Return Process:

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us via our contact page to receive the return address. Please note, any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the store credit issued.

SIZING

Sizing details are available on each product page, but we understand that every piece can fit differently depending on the collection and fabric. If you're unsure about sizing or need any help with fit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via Instagram or our contact page. We’re here to help!

NATURAL DYES AND FABRICS

At Honest the Label, we are deeply committed to eco-sustainability. Our fabrics are sourced locally in Bali, and we use natural plant dyes to minimize our environmental impact. While this means we often have limited fabric options, we never compromise on quality.

Important Notes:

  • Natural fibres like Bamboo, Linen, Silk, etc., work best with plant dyes.

  • Synthetic fabrics won’t hold plant dyes properly, so we don’t use them in our knitwear collection unless it's 100% sustainable yarn such as cotton or tencel.

  • Occasionally, slight variations in colour may occur due to the nature of plant dyes, but this is part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece. The natural process can sometimes leave small patches of fabric that may not hold the colour perfectly – we hope you see this as a beautiful imperfection!

We believe in full transparency, so we want to make sure you know that these small, rare inconsistencies are simply part of the magic of nature.

ORDER SPEED

Because we produce in limited quantities to reduce waste, restocks are made on demand. This means your order may take a week to prepare and then another week to ship to you. Please allow a minimum of two weeks to receive your pieces.

Local duties, customs, and unforeseen delays may extend this time, so we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information.
